In many religions, it is said that we are servants of God, this analogy can be traced in different holy sources. Each religion is initially given to humanity by God according to the place and circumstances to help people keep their duty, to be honest, righteous since without rules and laws, humanity is predisposed to degradation.

A human being is a system in which everything is interconnected, everything depends on everything, and everything affects everything.

For example, when you experience sadness, the rhythm of breathing changes, muscles contract differently, and the chemical composition of the blood changes. Long-term negative emotions can change the body's biochemical processes, unnecessarily stimulate the nervous system, and upset the activity of internal organs, up to their change or disease.

If we talk about procrastination in simple words, then it turns out that it is a steady habit to postpone essential matters. The person is aware of the importance of these matters, and their completion has been planned.

For example, a person decided to go in for morning runs. He realizes that this is important to him. Health allows him to do this. But he always finds a reason to postpone the implementation of his plan. And even more than that - at first glance, these reasons are entirely objective and justified. And everything would be great if the delay in jogging did not occur systematically.

Crystals are natural substances that are born in the bowels of the Earth. In a real crystal, groups of atoms form a kind of lattice pattern called a crystal system. There are six types of systems in healing crystals (I will tell you more about this later). Some stones whose atoms do not have an internal crystalline structure are called "amorphous" crystals. These include amber, obsidian, opal, and tektites; they have unique properties.

The most famous stories about the use of crystals date back to the days of Atlantis. In Atlantis, large crystals were used as generators of energy in cities, and that it was the abuse of these energies that caused the death of the great Atlantean civilization.

We can strive for our own peace consciously or unconsciously, but the inner world really often acts as a motivator of our actions. We are always drawn to do what gives us pleasure and makes life easier. Even if we are talking about very destructive behavior, still the goal with us, as a rule, is "to make us feel better."

Try to imagine inner peace as a spiritual savings account. Every time you come across precisely what you felt you should have done already, be sure to pay attention to this; if put off for later, these seemingly insignificant questions subconsciously deprive you of spiritual energy. And when you do realize what seems necessary to you, an increase in personal peace of mind is observed every time.

All life consists of change. Thanks to them, we become who we are: they shape our personality, temperament, and character. And if we want to prepare for these life shifts in the best way, it is necessary to pay attention to the following signs.

Life does sometimes change its course literally 180 degrees. Hectic times quickly give way to a period of calm until the storm hits you again. At the same time, no external signs usually even indicate future changes. They happen, and we have no choice but to try to adapt to them.

There are many points of view on crystal purification. Rely on your feelings and intuition for this. If you feel that your crystal needs to be cleaned, do so. 

After working with a crystal during healing procedures, it is not recommended to expose it to cold water immediately. The crystal emits a lot of energy during operation. It can become hot and warm, not hot, but very warm. If you immerse him in cold water, his strength will quickly drain. The crystal will undergo thermal shock. Since the crystal does not expand or change its shape under the influence of heat or cold, it can crack in several places.

Affirmations are statements that help change our way of thinking and shape the future we are striving for. But not only ... Affirmations are thoughts, words, feelings, emotions that each of us uses in everyday life. Moreover, as we all understand, we use not always positive, but also negative statements.
